NagarConnect

See the city. Shape the city.

One citizen-first app for live buses, smarter waste, 30-second civic reporting and monsoon-smart alerts — with a city-operations backbone that closes every loop, and a business model that pays for it all.

What NagarConnect does

Four daily frictions from the SDG 11 brief — answered inside one app, on both sides of the loop.

01

Transit you don't have to guessSDG 11.2 · mobility

Three campus routes stream live bus positions with minute-level ETAs, so waiting becomes a choice instead of a gamble. When monsoon flooding threatens an underpass, advisories and reroutes reach you before you leave, not after you're stuck. And the last mile is covered — e-rickshaws, cycle docks and walking times sit one tap away.

02

Bins that ask for pickupSDG 11.6 · waste

Fill sensors rank every smart bin by urgency, so trucks drive to the ones that actually need them — cutting collection distance by roughly 28% in our pilot math. Overflows get flagged before they happen rather than complained about after. Your own segregation score feeds the campus number, so sorting correctly is visible, rewarded and worth doing.

03

Thirty seconds from problem to ticketAI-assisted reporting

Snap a photo, drop a pin, submit — on-device vision pre-tags the category and severity so ward crews get routed faster with better information. Every ticket carries a public timeline from Reported to Verified, with a 48-hour SLA clock running on it. No phone calls, no paper forms, no “we'll look into it”.

04

A loop that ends with youSDG 11.3 · participation

City Ops acknowledges within 2 hours and resolves within 48 — then the citizen verifies the fix. That final verification step is the whole point: it keeps the city honest, converts complaints into measurable trust, and the points and neighbour confirmations keep the flywheel spinning. Participation is designed in, not bolted on.
